User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between the owner of ces.cmateapp.com (hereinafter referred to as cmateaworld.com or the Administration), on the one hand, and the user of the site, on the other.
The cmateglobal site is not a mass media outlet.
By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the cmateapp site!
Rights and obligations of the parties
The user has the right to:

- receive information on the site
- use the site information for personal non-commercial purposes
The Administration has the right to:

The user undertakes to:

The Administration undertakes to:
- maintain the operability of the site, except in cases where this is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.

This Agreement shall enter into force upon any use of this site.
The Agreement shall cease to be effective upon the appearance of a new version.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its own discretion.
The Administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
Rules for registration: The user independently makes a purchase of the desired application in the application. All actions occur automatically. After payment, the user sees a download button instead of the price button; after clicking it, the application is downloaded to the user's device. The app is considered activated after downloading and opening it for the first time.
Delivery Time: After payment, the user immediately gains access to the purchased app.
Delivery Terms: If the user has successfully paid for the app, their device supports our apps and meets all terms and conditions for using the app. All apps are digital products; physical delivery is not required. The user purchases access to the app.

Настоящее Пользовательское Соглашение (Далее Соглашение) регулирует отношения между владельцем ces.cmateapp.com (далее cmateglobal.com или Администрация) с одной стороны и пользователем сайта с другой.
Сайт cmateglobal не является средством массовой информации.
Используя сайт, Вы соглашаетесь с условиями данного соглашения.
Если Вы не согласны с условиями данного соглашения, не используйте сайт cmateapp!
Права и обязанности сторон
Пользователь имеет право:
- осуществлять поиск информации на сайте
- получать информацию на сайте
- использовать информацию сайта в личных некоммерческих целях
Администрация имеет право:
- по своему усмотрению и необходимости создавать, изменять, отменять правила
- ограничивать доступ к любой информации на сайте
Пользователь обязуется:

- не использовать скрипты (программы) для автоматизированного сбора информации и/или взаимодействия с Сайтом и его Сервисами
Администрация обязуется:
- поддерживать работоспособность сайта за исключением случаев, когда это невозможно по независящим от Администрации причинам.
Ответственность сторон
Условия действия Соглашения
Данное Соглашение вступает в силу при любом использовании данного сайта.
Соглашение перестает действовать при появлении его новой версии.
Администрация оставляет за собой право в одностороннем порядке изменять данное соглашение по своему усмотрению.
Администрация не оповещает пользователей об изменении в Соглашении.
Правила оформления: Пользователь самостоятельно в приложении оформляет покупку на желаемое приложение. Все действия происходят в автоматическом режиме. После оплаты у пользователя вместо кнопки с ценой появляется кнопка скачать, после ее нажатия приложение скачивается на устройство пользователя. Приложение считается активированным после скачивания и первого открытия приложения.
Сроки Исполнения: После оплаты пользователь мнгновено получает доступ к купленному приложению.
Условия доставки: Если пользователь сумел оплатить приложение значит его устройство поддерживает наши приложения и соответствует всем условиям для пользования приложением. Все приложения это цифровой товар, физическая доставка не требуется. Пользователь покупает доступ к приложению.
